Judul Lowongan General Affair & Administrative officer
Deskripsi Lowongan The role is expected to manage all manage all administrative operations within the company. This includes building & asset management, project administrations, also can in charge in all unit in the company. He/ She should be able to play active role on creating the routine schedule & communicate to the GA staff such as driver, office boy, security guards, etc.

Responsibilities:
Building Management including safety & cleanliness in the office
Maintain the good condition of all assets and facilities in the office
Periodically reporting on Asset management & Office necessity update
Assists with the operation for office budget.
In charge on receptionist, telephone operator, and guest list
Maintain adequate necessity in the office (stationery, toiletries, office facility needs)
In charge for the purchasing process
Research, price and purchased office furniture & supplies.
Managing insurance for all staffs
Manage Cleaning service / Office boy / Office girl
Help the other unit on project administration basis
Maintain good relationship with the office surrounding (neighbourhood, RT/RW/Kelurahan)
Other duties as assigned.

Persyaratan Requirements:
Male/ female, max 50 tahun
Min. University Degree/ Master Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Economics/Business Management
Min. 5+ years experience in several areas such as in administration, accounts & finance, (including tax), audit departments.
Fluent speaking & writing in English
Highly skills in team management, coordination and motivating others with 2+ years of team management experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills with flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment
Attention to details, intellectual curiosity to take the right decisions whilst understanding the underlying business drivers
